Our return policy is applicable to all purchased items, irrespective of price value or the geographicallocations. However, they must be returned in their original condition to us within a maximum period of 30 days.

- The return policy is APPLICABLE In case the items sent to you is of lower quality or damaged
- We provide the option of 100% money back or Merchandise Replacement. / Refund for items is only provided when we are unable to give you a new replacement.
How to return our products purchased from Toptanzaite.com?
No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
A Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.Toptanzanite.com.
Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
Insure your item of purchase before returning it to us. If the value of the goods is less than $500 on the invoice you can use any carrier and insure your package fully. Please request a return receipt for confirmation that your package has reached our headquarters. If the package value on the invoice is more than $500, please use only the US Postal Service Registered Mail. Most other carriers will not insure a package for more than $500. Please request a return receipt for confirmation that your package has reached our headquarters.
It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.
The buyer has to bear all expenses for returning and none shall be reimbursed by Toptanzanite.com
Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
