Your 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. For any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return privilege.  Just return the item within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.

Please Note
The following are non-refundable and are not eligible for return under our 30-day return policy:

GIA Certificate fees, where the stone has been submitted to GIA for certification
Any add-ons opted for at the time of purchase

How to Prepare a Return?

  • Call us at +1-888-243-9192 or e-mail us at admin@toptanzanite.com to get an RAN (return authorization number).
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
  • Ensure the purchased item isn't damaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging with certificate included.
  • Shipping expenses for returns are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping on international orders will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the item.
  • Please return with a tracking number to ensure appropriate delivery.
  • We require 5 to 7 business days for processing your return after receiving the item back.
