Return Policy 

Your 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. For any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return privilege. Just return the item within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the certificates included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping expenses for returns are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping on international orders will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the item.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using trackable shipping to ensure appropriate delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We require 5 to 7 business days for processing your return after receiving the item back.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve checked your bank statement, contacted your credit card company, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@toptanzanite.com.
